Trash will be collected every Monday EXCEPT when Monday is a holiday.
No more than (1) 32 gallon or (2) 20 gallon garbage cans will be collected.
You can purchase an "Extra Bag Sticker" for $3.00 at the Hampton Borough Municipal Office during business hours.

**For more information on Garbage Collection please refer to the attached document at the bottom of this page**

RECYCLING

Recycling will be collected every Tuesday EXCEPT when Monday is a holiday.

There is no limit to the number of thirty-two gallon cans that can be put out for recycling collection each Tuesday.

Recycling is mandated by law and it saves Hampton Borough money.  Failure to recycle hurts the environment and the economy. The State of New Jersey has mandated that all towns recycle at a minimum of 50% of their total garbage.  Those towns that do not reach 50% recycling may face penalties from the state and the possibly the loss of State Grant Money.

** For more information on our Recycling Program please refer to the attached document at the bottom of this page.**

LEAF COLLECTION

Refer to calendar in Borough Newsletter for specific leaf collection dates..

Refer to monthly calendar provided in the newsletter for chip/brush collection dates.  Branch size is not to exceed 6 inches in diameter and 10 feet in length.

WASTE CONTAINERS

The Borough has several six cubic yard Waste Containers (dumpsters) available for rent as a service to the residents.  Please contact the Borough Municipal Office during business hours for dumpster reservations and rental rates.

CURBSIDE CLEANUP

There will be a Spring Curbside Cleanup Day every year.  The date will be printed in the Borough Newsletter and posted on this website when applicable.
